Responsibilities
  • Create and execute compelling, brand-aligned social media content (static posts, stories, Reels, tiktok xhs ig fb, etc.) for our company's various platforms.
  • Shoot and edit engaging short-form videos using tools like CapCut.
  • Design eye-catching graphics and layouts using Canva (or other relevant design tools).
  • Contribute innovative ideas for content strategies, campaigns, and trend adoption to boost brand visibility.
  • Manage and prioritize content creation projects independently, ensuring a consistent posting schedule.
  • Occasionally appear on camera for in-house brand content (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, best practices, and platform updates.

Requirements
  • Proficiency in CapCut and Canva (a portfolio or samples of past work is required for priority consideration).
  • Strong command of English and Chinese (both written and spoken). Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
  • Proven creative flair with a strong eye for design and storytelling.
  • Solid basic video shooting and editing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to adapt quickly and a strong desire to learn.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Bonus Points If You:
  • Have experience appearing on-camera for social media videos.
  • Are familiar with other design/video editing tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • Have prior experience managing or creating content for major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, XHS,Facebook, LinkedIn).
