Job Description

We are looking for a creative and versatile Social Media Cum Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, social media trends, and e-commerce growth, with the ability to produce engaging content that drives brand awareness and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Management

  • Manage and maintain our online stores on Shopee and TikTok Shop
  • Upload and update product listings, pricing, and promotions
  • Monitor sales performance, customer inquiries, and reviews

Content Creation & Design

  • Conceptualize and create engaging visual content, including graphics, banners, and product images for online platforms
  • Develop eye-catching artwork for campaigns, advertisements, and social media posts

Video Production

  • Plan, shoot, and edit creative video content, especially short-form videos for TikTok and other social media platforms
  • Keep up with current video trends and viral formats to increase engagement

Social Media Management

  • Handle day-to-day content posting and scheduling on Facebook and Instagram
  • Build and grow our social media presence, engage with followers, and respond to messages and comments promptly

Digital Marketing Strategy

  • Understand and analyze algorithms across different online platforms to maximize reach and engagement
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and e-commerce marketing

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Multimedia Design, Advertising, or a related field
  • Strong creativity and eye for design
  • Familiar with photo and video editing tools
  • Knowledgeable in e-commerce operations
  • Up-to-date with social media trends and platform algorithms
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
