Hiring - Human Resources Assistant

Responsibilities '¢ Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties '¢ Provide clerical and administrative support '¢ Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) '¢ Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys'¦etc) '¢ Deal with employee request regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations '¢ Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, etc) '¢ Communicate with public services when necessary '¢ Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures '¢ Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees '¢ Carry out ad hoc duties as assigned by HR Superior Requirement '¢ Qualification at least SPM Level and above '¢ Previous working experience in Human Resources is an added advantage '¢ Good interpersonal, mature, self-motivated, independent, disciplined, work credible and reliable '¢ Must possess proficiency in three languages: Bahasa, English and Chinese
