Assist Manager in Egg House operation by supervising a group of subordinates to ensure smooth running of day-to-day operation.
- Manage egg house activities such as grading, packing and loading of eggs based on customers' requirements at the most effective and efficient manner.
- Lead and motivate egg house's employee in carrying out their roles and responsibilities. This includes delegation of work, setting goals, conducting performance review and overseeing the training/ development need of the staff at the optimum level.
- Direct the inspection and maintenance of egg house equipment and machineries (Egg grader, MOBA machine etc) to ensure high standard of cleanliness and productivity run at the optimum level.
- Work closely with Logistic department to ensure accuracy and update of inventory.
- To take care the Production KPI (Egg wastage).
- To verify the daily egg report is tally (no variances) and up to date.
- To ensure the egg house comply to local authorities and customers audit requirements.
- Any other duties deemed necessary.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

- At least 1 years of working experience in manufacturing processing line or related field.
- Good supervisory skills and experience in supervising a group of subordinates.
- Demonstrated problem solving and decision making ability.
- Good in communication and interpersonal skill.
- Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practises (GMP) and sustainability audit will be an added advantage.
- Applicants must be willing to base at Rawang.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
