The successful applicant must be a team player, possess excellent computer, phone and customer service skills and an exceptional level of communication. This role requires the ability to develop positive long-lasting relationships with our clients by being friendly, compassionate and knowledgeable. Additionally, this role requires the ability to expertly handle multiple responsibilities with many interruptions in a calm and caring way including but not limited to: - Answer multi-line telephones, direct calls, take messages and prescription refill requests - Answer client questions or direct question to proper team members. - Appropriately schedule exam appointments, surgeries and emergency appointments - Check clients in and out for exam appointments, drop off exams, as well as surgeries. - Assist all clients by providing necessary instructions, information and invoices, dispense prescription items per the veterinarian's instructions, and schedule all future appointments. - Maintain medical records through our digital system. - Call and remind clients scheduled the next day for all appointments.
