Lead - Creative Designer

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Creative Lead to join our dynamic social media agency. As the Junior Creative Lead, you will collaborate closely with our creative and account teams to develop and execute innovative and compelling visual content for various social media platforms. This role is perfect for a creative individual with a passion for social media and a knack for transforming ideas into visually engaging content.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the creative team and account managers to understand client objectives, target audience, and project requirements for each campaign.
- Ideate and conceptualize creative concepts and visual content strategies that align with client goals and brand identities.
- Create a wide range of visual content, including but not limited to graphics, illustrations, animations, video snippets, and other engaging assets for social media platforms.
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, photographers, and videographers to bring creative concepts to life and ensure cohesive storytelling.
- Stay updated on current social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to drive innovative content creation.
- Develop content calendars and contribute to the planning and scheduling of social media content across multiple platforms.
- Ensure all content produced adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a high level of visual and conceptual quality.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, creative discussions, and client meetings to contribute fresh ideas and creative solutions.
- Assist in managing and organizing creative assets, including maintaining a well-organized digital library.
- Adapt and iterate on creative concepts based on feedback from clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Monitor the performance of creative content, analyze engagement metrics, and recommend optimizations for improved results.
- Collaborate with the account team to present creative concepts and content strategies to clients, providing rationale and insights behind each piece of work.
- Support senior creative team members in executing larger campaigns and projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a creative role, preferably within a social media agency or digital marketing environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative content across various social media platforms.
- Proficiency in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
- Basic understanding of video editing and animation tools is a plus.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey creative concepts and collaborate within a team environment.
- Familiarity with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Detail-oriented approach with an eye for aesthetics and visual consistency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a willingness to take on new challenges.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance metrics is beneficial.
