Manager, Creative & Digital Marketing

Job Descriptions

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive creative strategy that aligns with overall business goals and drive measurable results.
  • Oversee all aspects of creative content development, from concept to execution, across various channels including: Conceptualize, develop, and manage the production of high-quality creative assets for retail outlets: Point of Sale Materials (POSMs) & Below The Line (BTL) activations, social media, member app and website.
  • Lead and inspire your team to develop high-quality visual assets, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, merchandising, operations) to ensure brand consistency and campaign success.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends and inform creative decisions.
  • Mentor and guide designers to produce designs that align with brand guidelines.
  • Provide clear directions and briefs to the team to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Facilitate smooth communication and collaboration between interrelated departments to support seamless workflow and project execution.

Job Requirements

  • Oversee all activities within the Creative & Digital Department to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality work with minimal errors.
  • Oversee the creation of digital content (videos, graphics, etc.), ensuring it meets the objectives of the campaign and resonates with the target audience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a creative managerial role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, digital, and in-store.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and brand storytelling.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), video editing softwares, and project management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and use insights to inform decision-making.
  • Passion for retail and a deep understanding of the customer journey.
