**Responsibilities**:
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for their creative needs.
- Understand clients' business objectives, brand guidelines, and specific project requirements to effectively manage their expectations.
**Project Coordination**:
- Receive and interpret creative briefs from clients, ensuring all relevant information is conveyed accurately to the creative team.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including designers, copywriters, and production, to create comprehensive project plans and timelines.
- Monitor the progress of creative projects, proactively identifying potential roadblocks and implementing effective solutions to ensure timely delivery.
**Creative Feedback**:
- Provide clear and insightful feedback to the creative team to guide the development of on-brand, innovative, and impactful creative solutions.
- Ensure all creative outputs align with the clients' brand guidelines, maintaining consistency and quality across all deliverables.
**Quality Assurance**:
- Conduct thorough quality checks on all creative deliverables to ensure they meet the clients' requirements and our agency's standards of excellence
**Client Presentations and Reporting**:
- Present creative concepts and project updates to clients, articulating ideas and strategies with confidence.
- Prepare regular reports on project status, performance, and client feedback, providing insights to improve future projects.

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role within the advertising, events, or production studio industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing creative projects and client relationships.
- Strong understanding of marketing and creative processes, with an eye for detail and design aesthetics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure, meeting tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field (preferred).
