**JOB POSITION: DATA ENTRY ASSISTANT (4 - 5 MONTHS CONTRACT)**:

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES**
- SPM/University diploma/degree or equivalent
- 1+ year of experience in a data entry or administrative role (preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Enter data accurately and efficiently into company systems.
- Verify and correct data where necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Prepare reports as required.
- Perform routine clerical and administrative tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members and report discrepancies.
