Administering benefits, compensation and performance appraisal system that drives high performance

Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings.

To handle all disciplinary & IR issues/disputes, including investigation, disciplinary action, suspension and termination of employment.

Oversee the end-to-end payroll processing for the Group, maintain accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.

Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

Other ad hoc human resource and administration task may be added from time to time.

Job Requirements:
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Possess a high level of integrity with good leadership, consultative and negotiation skills

Able to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization

Good understanding of related statutory legislation includes Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO, and Industrial Relations

Good interpersonal skills and resourceful in problem solving with the ability to work independently.

Familiar with KPI setting, monitoring and review

Meticulous and have a keen eye for details to ensure high-quality work output.
