**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
PAYROLL
- Processing Advance & Monthly payroll for staff/worker & Foreign worker.
- Responsible for checking and updating employee’s overtime, shift pattern, attendance, leave record, meal allowance, shift allowance.
- Check attendance & update accordingly.
- Daily upload and process attendance.
- Check employees hire/ resignation date.
- Prepare monthly report(MC, Late In, Disciplinary status).
- Maintain/ update personal profile in the system and filling personal file.
- Create badge no to new hire, update & maintained the clock data’s system.
- Prepare offer letter and increment letter.
- Uploading statutory contribution payment (EPF,SOCSO,EIS,TAX).
Others Role
- Undertake special assignment & ad hoc function as assign by superior.
- Documentation preparation - Correspondence letter/ Letter offer/Confirmation/Termination/warning/resignation/performance appraisal.
- Prepare monthly report (MC, AL,Late In, Attendance, Payroll).
- To ensure staffs details are properly updated. To organize proper record keeping and filing of staffs correspondences and documents.
- Handle all employee personal file and disciplinary issues and responsible to ensure high confidentiality is maintained at all times.
- To liaison with governmental bodies (EPF / SOCSO / LHDN / JTK / Industrial relation and others) to ensure the legality and compliances matters.
- **Training & Developmen**t, manage HRDF
- **Recruitment** knowledge, advertise, interview arrangement & hiring process
- **Staff Engagement**
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in equivalent major
- 4 to 7 years of experience in **HR Field**
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Well verse in Malaysia Employment Act 1955.
- Experience in IR matters is an added advantage.
- Uphold integrity, confidentiality, conscientious, and act with professionalism.
- Team player, motivated and independent.
- Knowledge of **Iflexi system** (added advantage)
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
