**Job Summary**:
To monitor and/or perform in process control testing as well as to verified production process before, during, and after the execution of production process starting from In Coming Quality Control (IQC) for soft gel and In Process Quality Control (IPQC).

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform and/or monitor in-process quality control inspection at in coming stage for soft gel, in process quality control during manufacturing and packaging to ensure consistent quality and complies with the required acceptance quality level..
- To perform sampling and testing as per required sampling plan and work closely with production team to ensure production target is met.
- Monitor product standards in accordance with in process quality control programs and highlight to QC/QA/PD for any out of specification (OOS), deviation and non-conforming arise during testing and processes.
- Control and monitor in process product quality and take immediate action if the quality is not complying with the required specification.
- Monitor quality and authorize to proceed for subsequent processes if the products comply with specified Acceptance Quality Limit (AQL).
- Monitor In Process Control (IPC) done by production, ensuring their inspection records are promptly recorded, complying with the required specifications and Good Documentation Practice.
- Notify Production Executive/Supervisor and QC/QA immediately for any quality issue detected during testing and to recommend necessary actions to prevent recurrence if it is related with IPQC.
- Ensure equipment and measuring or monitoring devices in IPQC room are calibrated as per scheduled and are still within calibration validity.
- Ensure service and maintenance for IPQC equipment is conducted as per schedule and highlight to Senior Chemist for any technical issue.
- Promptly recording for all quality record and compile raw data for review by Senior Chemist.
- Ensure production operation is in compliance with prescribed GMP PIC/S guideline and Safety, Health & Environmental requirements.
- To maintain cleanliness and tidiness of IPQC room and equipment.
- Work as a team to achieve department result and overall company performance.
- To carry out other task as directed by Head of Quality Control and the management as and when required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
