Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Ohana Specialist Hospital Full time

Develop marketing strategies and implementing creative marketing strategies that will make an impact, support the brand of Hospital and drive sales.
- Facilitate Corporate, Insurance and GP programmes.
- Responsible for managing and meeting marketing expense budgets.
- Responsible for achieving the set target for the department; support other colleagues in other aspects of marketing initiatives.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Hospital.
- Work closely with the Heads of Departments to support the management's direction, marketing strategy and implementation.
- Oversee prompt responses to WhatsApp enquiries for hospital services
- Implement and monitor chatbot to manage customer enquiries to ensure optimal conversion rate
- Respond to comments and direct messages on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram and TikTok)
- Organise ‘feeder’ workshops such as Antenatal classes for community engagement and lead generation

QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing and related field.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
- Experience in Healthcare industry will be an added advantage.
- Good command of spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Possess excellence leadership skills and the ability to inspire team members.
- Excellence interpersonal skill and communication skills.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
- Must have at least 2 years working experience in marketing or business development.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
