Customer Service Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
- Process sales orders and co-ordinate operation to ensure that orders are delivered on time.
- Monitor and follow-up on outstanding orders (quantity contract) with customers.
- Manage customers' feedback, communicating them to relevant department/ personnel and follow-up closely to ensure that agreed action are taken and deadlines are met.
- Liaise with Planner to fulfill customers' needs.
- Responsible for inventory level of customers under their charge.
- Process purchase orders ensuring buying prices are correct
- Work with the sales team to meet desired stocking levels, inventory turnover days, absolute stocks provision and other management targets.
- Ensure all manual D/Os are updated into the system the following day.
- Co-ordinate export shipment
- Ensure proper billing for all completed deliveries within the targeted 2 days.
- Resolve any billing, documentation or sales credit problem speedily.
**Requirements**:
- Perform any assignment given by superior as and when required.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Knowledge of SAP system would be an advantage
- Part-Time position(s) available, to cover employee on maternity leave
