**About the Role**

We are seeking a Fresh Graduate who can speak and read Mandarin & English to manage Chinese Speaker's customer orders, coordinate shipments, and ensure excellent service. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee sales administration and support junior staff as needed.
- Manage customer orders, pricing, and Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) compliance.
- Track and follow up on debt collection.
- Prepare sales reports, order processing documents, and shipping paperwork.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with planners for order fulfillment.
- Work closely with warehouse and transport teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and internal coordination.
- Maximize system usage (S9 & WMS) and suggest improvements.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration or a related field.
- Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply.
- Proficiency in MRP systems, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong English, Malay & Mandarin communication skills (written & spoken).
- Strong planning, forecasting, and documentation skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
