**Requirements**:

- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, addressing their needs and resolving any issues they may have
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service experiences
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and make recommendations for enhancement
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge
- Ensure sales orders from customers are promptly processed and play an integral role inthe coordination process with internal departments, keeping customers updated on thedelivery status
- Engaged in CS activities, CSR / Billing Clerk / SCC DO Assistant
- Liaise with production on datelines to fulfill customers' requirement
- Attend to customer enquiries politely and professionally
- Plan, prepare and devise work schedule, according to budgets and workloads. For examples,AR Closing date, Customer’s request is beyond profit and etc
- Ensure timely updates of customer databases and files/correspondences are properly maintained
- Communicates with other departments and Management to resolve problems and expedite work; example: Production /Purchasing / Finance Department
- Device and implements ways to enhance process workflow & customer experienced
- Maintain and efficient processing system within the territory/sales team
- Able to support the superior’s administrative work
- Assist in ISO 9001 documentation from time to time
- Understand on the requirements for a QMS, including documented information, planning and determining process interactions
- Any others task assigned from time to time

**Responsibility**
- to support and coordinate procurement activities
- prepare and compile reports following prescribed formats
- Generate report timely as requested
