The **Credit Management Executive (Data Analyst & Automation Specialist)**will be**responsible for analysing large datasets, designing interactive dashboards, and automating data workflows to improve business processes and decision-making. We are seeking to hire someone with experience in leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, and UiPath to streamline data processes and create efficient automation solutions.

**Make an Impact by**:

- Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets from various sources, identifying trends, patterns, and actionable insights to support business goals.
- Design and develop interactive and dynamic dashboards that allow stakeholders to explore data easily. Use tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to create visually appealing and user-friendly reports.
- Prepare and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports based on key performance indicators (KPIs) and other business metrics. Present findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Maintain and update data sources, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all dashboards and reports.
- Work with business leaders and departments (e.g., marketing, finance, operations) to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights to improve decision-making.
- Develop automated processes to streamline data collection, reporting, and dashboard updates.
- Stay up to date with the latest data analysis trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve data processes and visualization techniques.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for dashboard users and assist in resolving data discrepancies or issues.

**Skills for Sucess**:

- A bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent from a reputable institution. (Minimum GPA of 3.0).
- Experience with UiPath or other robotic process automation (RPA) tools.
- Experience with advanced analytics techniques (e.g., predictive modelling, machine learning) is a plus.
- Strong experience with SQL for querying and manipulating data from relational databases.
- Familiarity with data preparation and analysis tools like Excel, Python, or R.
- Solid understanding of database structures, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
- Analytical mindset with a strong problem-solving ability.
- Prior experience in Project Management is recommended.
