**Provide administration support to ensure efficient operation of office**:
1. As Lobby Receptionist handling in-coming phone calls, support PA entertain guest visit and handling guest at lobby with office etiquette and appropriate manners.
2. Incoming and outgoing postage & courier matters
3. Responsible for office administration activities, manage procurement of all office supplies of stationery and equipment.
4. Responsible to ensure office utilities and telecommunications in smooth operations.
5. Data Entry for daily operation vehicle’s expenses claim and prepare monthly report.
6. Design and keep proper record of Company Letterhead and Logo.
7. Design Festive Greetings (WhatsApp, Card).
8. Prepare Presentation Slides for Corporate use.
9. Manage the office security system : Prepare Report related to Office Safety & Security.
10. Ad-Hoc**: Editing reports from various department and support office administration ad-hoc duties
11. Perform administrative functions, Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
**Requirements**:
- Independent and can work with minimum supervision.
- Computer literate (able to handle Microsoft Word, Excel etc)
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Mandarin Speaking as added advantage to liaise with China guests.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in Auto-count software would be an added advantage.
- Optional Work Hour : 8.00am - 5.00pm, 8.30am - 5.30pm
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
