We are looking for a dependable and independent Senior Office Assistant/Officer to support our daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Handle company documents, basic calculations and admin tasks
- Draft and reply emails/mails professionally, prepare documentation.
- Coordinate with departments to resolve enquiries
- Occasionally perform external errands (e.g., submitting/collecting
documents)
. Handle various office work designated from superior.
. Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and
compliance to company policies.
. Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
. Liaise with customers/ suppliers when necessary.
. Any other task assigned by the HOD from time to time.
- Work with guidance from a supportive supervisor
Requirements:
- Responsible, organised and able to work independently
- Good Bahasa Melayu and English communication and writing skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
