HR & Admin Officer

Responsibilities:
- Manage the GM's calendar, meetings, appointments, and communications, including calls, emails, and official correspondence.
- Prepare and edit letters, reports, presentations, and other documents while maintaining organized and confidential filing systems (physical and digital).
- Coordinate board and management meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, documents, deliveries, and provide support for company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Manage the renewal of government and non-government licenses, ensure compliance, and handle all government-related submissions.
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, personnel files, HR documentation, and update HRMS for leave and attendance.
- Support payroll preparation by providing accurate HR data.
- Provide support in employee relations, addressing basic inquiries, and preparing disciplinary documentation.
- Coordinate staff welfare programs, medical and insurance claims, and company activities.
