HR & Admin Officer

1. Manage matters involving the employment of local and foreign nationals.
2. Prepare the salary payment schedule, overtime and mandatory contributions.
3. Manage and analyse related to KPI and employee training.
4. Managing holidays and matters that affect the welfare of staff.
5. Create and propose SOPs and work policies related to human resources (HR)
6. Make plans for manpower requirements according to the needs and suitability of a particular branch.
7. Provide information to employers regarding compliance with the act involving employers and employees.
8. Provide official company letters to employees.
9. Updating personal data and employee information in the system and employee files.
10. Make a monthly report regarding the work schedule, remaining leave, staff meals, damage or improvement in each branch to the chief executive officer.
11. Practice best practice in human resource management.
Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month
