HR Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll, performance management, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company objectives and legal requirements.
- Partner with department heads to identify manpower needs and ensure effective workforce planning.
- Manage employee engagement initiatives, welfare programs, and retention strategies.
- Handle disciplinary matters and grievance resolutions with fairness and confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRD Corp, etc.).
- Lead talent development, appraisals, and succession planning processes.
- Prepare and present HR reports to management on workforce trends, turnover, and KPIs.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **5 years of HR experience**, with at least **2 years in a managerial role**.
- Strong knowledge of **Malaysian labour law** and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Able to maintain confidentiality, fairness, and professionalism at all times.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems/software.
- Experience in **hospitality, service, or retail industry** is an added advantage.
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
