1. To lead, schedule, and supervise a team of security personnel across multiple shifts

2. To conduct regular briefings and ensure team members are updated on security protocols and procedures

3. To monitor performance and provide training or corrective action as needed

4. To oversee access control, visitor management, and surveillance systems

5. To conduct routine patrols and inspections of the premises to identify and mitigate risks

6. To respond promptly to incidents, alarms, or emergencies and coordinate with relevant authorities when necessary

7. To ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements

8. Maintain accurate records of incidents, patrol logs, and shift reports

9. Assist in investigations and prepare detailed reports for management

10. Identify potential security threats and recommend preventive measures

**Job Requirements**

1. Minimum SPM or equivalent; diploma in security management or related field is an advantage

2. At least two (2) years' experience in a supervisory security role within an industrial or corporate environment is required.

3. Prior experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is preferred

4. Strong leadership and team management skills

5. Excellent observation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

6. Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergency situations.

7. Physically fit and able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays

8. Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is a plus

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
