We are looking for an **Environment Officer cum HSE Coordinator** to support and coordinate environmental, health, and safety initiatives across our projects and operations. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, promotes a safe workplace culture, and supports sustainability initiatives aligned with the company’s standards.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in implementing, monitoring, and maintaining HSE policies, procedures, and standards in compliance with local regulations and company requirements.
- Support environmental initiatives, including waste management, pollution control, energy conservation, and sustainability practices.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with environmental and HSE requirements.
- Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and submissions to regulatory authorities and internal management.
- Support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
- Act as a liaison with regulatory bodies, contractors, and other stakeholders on HSE matters.
- Promote a positive safety and environmental culture among employees and contractors.
- Undertake other duties as assigned by the superior related to HSE coordination and environmental management.

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety & Health, or related field.
- Possess a recognized **OSH-C certification** or equivalent (an added advantage).
- Knowledge of environmental regulations, HSE practices, and ISO standards (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- At least 1-3 years of working experience in HSE or environmental-related roles, preferably in construction or property development.
- Strong coordination and reporting skills with attention to detail.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willing to work at Kulai

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
