JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an Addressable Ad Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day client relationship and the creation and successful implementation of campaign activities across a wide range of Astro addressable platforms. Responsibilities include:
- Support Sales in closing deals and executing the ad campaign fulfilment
- Understand, customise and optimise the entire campaign management process, including production execution and quality control
- Manage daily campaign tasks through digital workflow tools and communication with market-specific teams
- Verify Order Entry Details: Double check all orders have been coded correctly to various billing and fulfilment systems. Communicate changes that need to be made in order for proper fulfilment
- Campaign Reports: At month end and/or campaign end, run campaign reporting of performance for addressable ads campaigns and give to market-specific teams for delivery to clients with HH reach optimisation.
- Monitor campaigns to ensure all campaigns are hitting the promised impressions goals throughout campaign contracted length. Adjust priority levels as appropriate.
- Ensure all digital ads are created to best practices and deadlines are met so the client campaigns run on schedule
- Maintain working knowledge of addressable ads inventory and audience segment performance.
- Provide reporting on campaign delivery using Google Ad Manager, KANTAR AxM and IRIS Ad Manager.
- Manage and support actualisation and invoicing
- Rate (Rate card vs Discounting on CPM) monitoring

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or any other related fields
- 5 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing/advertising industry. (Such as a business development, digital ad operations, campaign management, ).
- Ability to work with incomplete or imperfect data to extract usable information.
- Attention to detail, data accuracy and quality of output.
- Highly self-motivated, results driven and data driven. Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Be positive, passionate, collaborative, self-motivated, responsible, dependable and enthusiastic team player.
- Experience articulating business questions and using mathematical techniques to arrive at an answer using available data. Experience translating analysis results into business recommendations.
- Demonstrated skills in selecting the right statistical tools given a data analysis problem. Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and self-direction. Demonstrated willingness to both teach others and learn new techniques.
