JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
What you will do

This position is the epic centre of the Ad Operations division. It requires the deepest technical, platform and product knowledge + experience. Its primary responsibility is to setup, management, optimization and reporting of all OTT addressable advertising campaigns with team which expands ad products and support across display, video, audio and social.

Key Tasks

Campaign Setup, Monitoring and Reporting
- Provides sales team with impression forecasts, data segments and campaign strategy, especially for sales packages fulfilment.
- Set up campaigns as per requirement using ad delivery platform in use.
- Deals with any OTT video creative, VAST tag, 3rd party ad server, etc potential tech stack issues and provides any alternative solutions post troubleshooting as needed.
- Ensure all digital ads are setup in accordance to best practices with any applicable tracker, tested and deadlines are met for client’s campaign
- Proof of campaign status with screenshots (if applicable).
- Campaign health monitoring on the ad delivery pacing and settings.
- Monitor and optimize the ad performance.
- Daily campaign delivery health monitoring to optimize their pacing and ads performance in timely manner.
- Communicate campaign reporting and updates via phone call and in-person meetings with sales and clients on a case-by-case basis.
- Prepare post campaign ad delivery report.
- To prepare and provide weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports to sales & clients.

Troubleshooting, Testing and Escalation
- Responsible for investigating and solving any platform issues.
- Produces, implements and troubleshoots tracking tags and pixels when needed.
- Involvement of Ad Tech product testing and implementation including performance review of ad units including the viewability, engagement rate and other ad performance metrics.
- Key person to analyse campaign data abnormality whenever delivery incident occur, make applicable optimizations suggestions with escalation to management.

Others
- Prepare monthly closing report required as part of the ADEX recognition support for OTT and addressable advertising campaigns.
- Others relevant scope duties as assigned

Qualifications / Experience

1. Minimum degree of any field

2. Must be from digital advertising operations background

3. Preferred a min 3 years experiences in a similar or digital ad operations supporting role

4. Google Certification in Google Ad Manager and Google Analytics will be required
