HR Officer/ Executive

Ensure company compliance with federal and state laws, including reporting requirements.
- Evaluate recruitment and job positions related matters.
- Liase with Foreign Worker Management Agencies for transport, food, FOMEMA arrangements and etc.
- Manage foreign workers' disciplinary matters, conduct spot checks, visit CLQs.
- Observe, interview, and survey employees to collect job, organizational, and occupational information.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Possess at least a Diploma or Degree qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Experienced in mediation and conflict resolution processes
- Expert stress management skills and ability to make important decisions under pressure
- Attentive listener; understanding, empathetic, and personable
- A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matters.
- Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin, both spoken and written
Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
