Admin Officer

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle payroll processing and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, FWCSM).
- Oversee daily office administration to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate HR records including staff attendance, leave management, and employee documentation.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and preparation of employment letters/contracts.
- Manage and update filing systems, databases, and company documentation.
- Prepare reports, letters, and other documents using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Liaise with government agencies and external parties on HR and compliance matters.
- Handle utility bills, license renewals, agreements, and other operational matters.
- Support company events, activities, and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in administration or HR.
- Familiar with payroll systems and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, FWCSM,ESIMS,HRDF,LHDN).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- Strong organizational skills, proactive, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Botanik, Klang.
