About the role

My Nafco Precision Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Office Admin (General Support) Coordinator to join our growing team in Bandar Sri Sendayan, Negeri Sembilan. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting the overall operations of our company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing comprehensive administrative support to the entire organisation, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and organising meetings and events
  2. Maintaining and updating office records, filing systems, and databases to ensure efficient information management
  3. Assisting with office admin procurement, and inventory control to ensure the smooth running of daily operations
  4. Providing general office support, such as answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and handling various ad-hoc tasks
  5. Manage factory security to ensure factory parameter is guarded to avoid theft
  6. Cafeteria Management to ensure staff lunch, dinner and meals requirements are well serve
  7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency

What we're looking for

  1. A minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar administrative or office support role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  2. Diploma / Degree in Business Administration / Management with advanced MS Office package skills
  3. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanour
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment and software
  6. A team player with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
  7. Good command of Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal
