**HR Social Media Executive**

**Job Summary**:
The HR Social Media Executive will be working closely with the Talent Acquisition Team to facilitate the talent attraction strategies by bringing modern methods and tactics to the recruitment process to attract top talent to work at Shopper360 Group. This includes communication and marketing initiatives for the Company through various social media channels to create, post, and distribute content daily. The HR Social Media Executive will be required to write and create original content, post, and monitor social media platforms.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Plan and manage recruitment media campaigns, both internally and externally, to include newsletters, e-blasts, and ensures recruitment presence on all social media platforms
- Create and manage innovative and engaging social media contents designed to build the brand and attract, engage, and retain talents.
- Write creative copy and coordinate the creation of on-brand social media platforms
- Post job advertisement content to all social media platforms
- Facilitate community management on all social media platforms.
- Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Public Relations, or Business Administration
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with social platforms maintenance (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn) & experience with emerging social media platforms
- Minimum one year of recruiting & talent sourcing experience
- Experience developing social media content.
- Good writing, production/editing of photo/video/text/graphic skills.
- Demonstrated experience using social media to positively promote an organization and build social media communities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Must possess a positive and teamwork-oriented attitude.
- Detail oriented with ability to multi-task to meet multiple deadlines simultaneously.

Willing to work in Petaling Jaya

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
