**Customer Service ( Seller Support )**
Location : Jln Raja Chulan, KL
Working Days : 5 days - Monday-Fri, 9am-6pm
Nature of Business : Establish web commerce platform
Salary Range : RM2400 +100 attendance allowance
- Familiarise with tools and services offered by the said e-commerce platform to sellers, with the focus of communicating and encouraging sellers to adopt relevant tools and services to improve their performance
- Analyse sellers’ business performance to support sellers with insights on tools adoption, relevant practices to improve business performance on the e-commercep latform. This includes understanding trends on seller’s performance, practices and advise sellers accordingly on the best steps to gain advantage to achieve better performance
- Reach out and incubate 20-30 of seller a day via calls, Whatsapp conversations, Internal Chatting App and other means applicable.
- Build rapport with sellers and provide positive consultation experience with: ̵ Friendly and professional support during calls & conversations ̵ Accountability & Ownership - calling back on time ̵ Adjusting to the sellers’ pace and needs ̵ Escalating matters - in case business owners raises issues outside of scope and support
- Ensure daily & monthly targets are met
- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines and policies to ensure positive seller experience
- Familiarise with e-commerce knowledge and market trends to devise business strategies
Job Requirements
- Min Diploma or Degree (for fresh grads)
- prefer with working knowledge
1. Convincing and problem-solving mindset: able to provide and convince clients to adopt solutions
2. Able to use data analytical skills to advise seller on business plan
3. Able to do objection handling, compile and escalate rejection cases for team analysis
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
5. Well-organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
6. Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Excel: Filter) and data analytics
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: RM2,400.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
