We work with businesses of all sizes to create effective digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer engagement. As a social media digital marketing specialist, you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their marketing goals.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute social media marketing strategies for clients targeting the Korean market, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.

2. Manage and maintain clients' social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community management.

3. Conduct keyword research and optimize social media profiles and posts to improve visibility and rankings.

4. Create engaging and shareable social media content in Korean, including posts, images, videos, and infographics, tailored to each platform's best practices.

5. Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitors to identify opportunities and recommend innovative marketing approaches.

6. Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing and persuasive ad campaigns, tailored to specific audiences and behavioral targeting options on social media platforms.

7. Analyze social media campaign performance using various analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and social media monitoring tools, to optimize campaigns and provide actionable insights to clients.

8. Stay up-to-date with new social media trends, features, and algorithm changes to continually improve social media marketing strategies.

Qualifications:
1. Native Korean speaker with fluent proficiency in both written and spoken English.

2. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

3. Proven work experience as a social media digital marketing specialist, preferably in an agency setting.

4. Strong knowledge and understanding of social media platformsand relevant advertising platforms.

5. Experience in content creation and copywriting in Korean, with a creative flair for creating engaging, visually appealing content.

6. Proficient in using social media management and scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.

7. Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools to measure campaign performance and provide insights.

8. Up-to-date with social media best practices, algorithms, and industry trends.

9. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret social media metrics to drive performance improvements.

10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
