Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Language and Culture Expertise:

- Serve as a native Japanese speaker, providing insights into the language, culture, and online behavior of the target audience.
- Ensure clear and accurate communication in Japanese across social media channels, including content creation, captioning, and engagement.

2. Social Media Strategy:

- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives and target audience.
- Identify new opportunities and trends in the Japanese market to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

3. Content Creation and Management:

- Create engaging, culturally relevant, and shareable content in Japanese for various social media platforms
- Manage content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of social media content.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality multimedia content.

4. Audience Engagement and Community Management:

- Monitor and manage social media accounts, including responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster active engagement, build relationships, and interact with followers, influencers, and potential customers.

5. Campaign Development and Implementation:

- Develop and execute social media ad campaigns, targeting the Japanese audience to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and conversions.
- Leverage data analytics to monitor campaign performance, optimize, and report on key metrics.

6. Social Listening and Analysis:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and conversations happening in the Japanese social media landscape.
- Utilize social listening tools to gain insights, track sentiment, and identify potential risks or opportunities for the brand.

7. Reporting and Analytics:

- Compile regular reports on social media performance, providing insights, recommendations, and actionable next steps to enhance marketing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics, including reach, engagement, audience growth, website traffic, and conversion rates.

**Requirements**:

- Native Japanese speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese, including a profound understanding of Japanese culture, trends, and idiomatic expressions.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably focusing on the Japanese market.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful social media marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of various social media platforms.
- Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and develop innovative social media content ideas.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with knowledge of multimedia production processes.
- Experience in social media community management and engagement.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and make data-backed decisions.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
