Assist Line Manager in developing plans for team sales activities to include sales strategy to achieve agreed targets, action plans, effective search of leads/prospects, penetrate new markets.
- Organize team meetings, topics of discussion and progress toward the goal. Report to the immediate superior on the meeting result daily, weekly and monthly according to the agenda set and action plans.
- Reporting on sales activities, customer feedback and achievement to line manager. Maintain an accurate records of leads/prospect, pricing, sales and activities. Provide solution to the management on how to improving the sales result.
- Assist in the development and preparation of the organization’s sales strategy and general business planning. Contribution to customer review, develop team strengths and improve weaknesses. This is to determine areas of opportunity and the appropriate steps to improve on them. Provide action plan.
- Meet with potential clients to determine their needs and actively seeking out new sales by pursuing, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Handling clients query, complaints or objections and gather feedback form clients or prospect and share with internal teams to improve the sales activity and/or other aspect.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing KPI as needed and reporting department sales result to top management.

**; Requirements: - Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/ Marketing/ Statistic or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in related field, experience below than 10 years is acceptable according to your capability.
- Sales knowledge is essential.

**Specific Skills**:

- Good communication skills, both oral and written in English, and Bahasa (Good communication in Mandarin will be added as advantage).
- Competent in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook) and strong in analytic skill and customer service will be advantage.
- Able to work effectively and support business leaders to capitalize and turn data into competitive advantage.
- Result oriented and experience in setting sales goals.
