We are looking for an experienced **_Control Room Coordinator_** to help secure client assets through the surveillance of our CCTV and communication network. The Control Room Coordinator (CRC) will be expected to monitor, identify, preparation of documents, and investigate the inconsistencies that pertain to the safety & security of employees, facilities, products, cash, property, organization & clients assets.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Perform daily control room tasks with high integrity and efficiency.
- Monitor CCTV and report any unusual activity to the Head of Dept.
- Respond promptly to radio checks and keep accurate records of all communication.
- Keep a record of any incidents and report these to the Duty Security Officer.
- Monitor vehicle and staff movement via Geolocation software.
- Issuing equipments to staff on the instruction of the Head of Dept.
- Report alarm activation to the duty Security Manager / Head of Dept.
- Monitor on the external security situation and provide the best routes and road status to company drivers.
- Manage the main switchboard, answer all the calls and direct them to the right department promptly and courteously.
- Identify and recommend changes to improve our security operations.
- Managing reports via WhatsApp Groups to the respected clients.
- Any other tasks as directed by the Duty Manager / Head of Dept.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Fresh graduates are encoutaged to apply.
- Able to start in short notice is a plus.
- Able to work on shift based & public holidays.
- Able to work on independently with minimun supervision.
- Self-motivated, proactive and willing to learn.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,200.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
