Job Summary
- responsible for organizing and overseeing various projects and activities within the organization. This role involves managing schedules, resources, and communication among team members to ensure successful project execution.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are met according to established deadlines
- Coordinate the procurement of materials and resources needed for projects.
- Manage logistics related to project activities, including scheduling meetings and arranging travel as necessary.
- Track project budgets and expenditures, ensuring financial accountability.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Qualification & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management).
- Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably in a project-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality control.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
