Business Process Consultant

As an internal consultant this position is responsible for helping manage a number of customer engagements as well as providing internal support across all our services. Primary responsibilities for this role include:

- Lead business development with new and existing customers
- Utilizing a broad knowledge of process improvement methodologies like Data Analytics to deliver added business value for our customers
- Participate in management-facing activities and preparation of the written reports and customer presentations
- Conducting required research, process documentation and analysis, and some data gathering and analysis in support of customer engagements
- Pursues continuous learning to maintain thought leadership in their specialty
- Able to communicate and influence effectively across multiple levels of management to define transformation strategies and lead them through Transition Self-motivated and autonomous, willing to prioritize and focus on critical tasks with a dedication to quality

**Qualifications**

Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, research, and relevant previous job and internship experience.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's with 4 or more years or Masters with 3 or more years of experience

5 or more years of experience with:

- Lean, Six Sigma, or Business Process Management or similar.
- Experience within a consulting role.
- Experience with mapping tools, statistical analytical tools, or MS tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Project and Transition Change Management experience. and certification is a plus.
- Certifications of expertise in these areas: Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt), PMP
