**Administrator & Client Servicing**

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a knack for communication? We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an Administrator cum Client Servicing Executive. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about supporting both internal teams and external clients, we want to hear from you.

**Your Role**:

- Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and providing exceptional service.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and documents, managing client files and communication logs.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other materials for client meetings.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in an administrative or client-facing role, preferably within an advertising or creative agency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to take initiative.

Work days: Monday - Friday
Time: 9.30am-6.00pm
