**Requirements**
- You are required to manage all aspects of the clients’ travel program and be the 1st point of contact.
- You are expected to meet client retention and account profitability targets.
- You should be capable of driving booking processes efficiency, globalization, and policy companies across all client markets.
- You will be required to offer proactive and consultative solutions to clients and increase revenue by up selling company’s products and services.
- You should be capable of participating in business forecast and budget planning.
- You should be able to develop and execute business plans, implement key deliverables, and measure results.
- You must be capable of developing, measuring, and reporting on Service Level Agreements and Key Performance indicators.
- You are expected to create and manage business improvement plans and conduct client business reviews.
- You are required to manage operational, global, or regional reporting requirements.
- You should be capable of ensuring timely settlement of customer debts when required or necessary as per contractual obligation.
- You will be acting as the main contact point for the client’s executive team and maintain company’s supplier and industry relations.
- You are expected to provide regular reports and presentations internally for company’s stakeholders to the performance of the account.

**Responsibilities**
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business, or any other relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of account management work experience in Travel management company, managing global or regional accounts.
- Cultural awareness on global markets and has project management experience.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with contract management, strong negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to interact and be confident liaising with all levels of stakeholders and influence decision makers.
- Fluency in oral and written communication skills, specifically in public speaking and presentations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM11,500.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
