Finance Executive (Junior–Mid Level)

Cyberjaya / Kuala Lumpur | Fast-Growing Behavioural Analytics & AI Startup | Full-Time

Global Psytech is expanding, and we're looking for a
Finance Executive
who is proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to grow with an innovation-driven company. In this role, you will support day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and help strengthen scalable financial processes as we continue to grow across Malaysia and international markets.

What You Will Do

  • Manage AP/AR, general ledger entries, and monthly reconciliations
  • Track customer collections and prepare bank + management reports
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
  • Handle finance-related administration in a lean, fast-paced team
  • Attend client meetings and prepare financial reports when needed
  • Manage client invoicing, billing, and account follow-ups
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely deliverables
  • Contribute to improving financial SOPs and strengthening internal controls

What We're Looking For

  • LCCI/Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in finance or accounting
  • Audit exposure is an added advantage
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and in a high-growth startup
  • Passion for contributing to impactful work in psychometrics, AI, and financial inclusion (bonus)
