Role Description:

As a Senior Finance Executive at Evlos, you will play a key role in driving the company's financial health and strategic growth. You will oversee end-to-end financial management, from preparation of a full set of accounts and monthly reporting to financial planning and compliance, ensuring the company's operations remain sound, scalable, and aligned with our expansion goals.

This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional capable of navigating a fast-paced startup environment, balancing operational control with strategic foresight. You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to shape financial strategies, support fundraising initiatives, and maintain investor and stakeholder confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain the
  full set of accounts

(AR, AP, GL, bank reconciliation, etc.).
- Handle
monthly financial reporting

, management reports, and variance analysis.
- Track and report
project-level profit and loss (P&L)

to ensure accurate cost allocation and margin monitoring.
- Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning and structure.
- Coordinate, analyze, and report the company's financial performance to management and the Board of Directors.
- Prepare short- and long-term financial forecasts for internal and external use.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and compliance with tax laws.
- Manage the budgeting process and ensure budget adherence.
- Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls and guidelines.
- Conduct risk management and perform risk assessments.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.

Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CFA) is a plus.
• 5–10 years of progressive financial experience, with at least 3 years in a senior-level role.
• Strong experience in
  full set accounting, financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, laws, and best practices.
• Proficient in financial software and tools, including advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data accurately.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
• High level of integrity, dependability, and results orientation.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the technology or manufacturing industry.
• Familiarity with AI and computer vision technologies.
• Prior experience in a startup environment.
• Knowledge of international financial regulations and multi-entity reporting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
