Job Summary:

The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for managing and executing a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, training, and compliance. This role acts as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring HR processes support organizational goals and a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

· Manage end-to-end recruitment for various departments (job postings, screening, interviews, offers).

· Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.

· Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

· Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.

· Plan and execute employee engagement activities and recognition programs.

· Support initiatives to strengthen organizational culture and retention.

3. Performance Management

· Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems and KPIs.

· Support managers in conducting appraisals and maintaining performance records.

4. Learning & Development

· Identify training needs in coordination with department heads.

· Organize internal/external training programs and track learning outcomes.

5. HR Operations & Compliance

· Maintain and update employee records

· Ensure compliance with statutory requirements

· Manage HR policies, documentation, and HRIS systems.

6. Payroll Coordination

· Collate attendance and leave data for payroll processing.

· Coordinate with finance/payroll vendors to ensure accuracy.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or related field.

· 4–7 years of relevant HR experience (preferably in a mid- to large-sized organization).

· Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations required.

Willingness to work in Cyberjaya.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6, RM7,000.00 per month
