About the role

This is an excellent contract opportunity for a Senior Executive, Sales Administration to join the dynamic team at Suntrack Development Sdn Bhd. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and post-sales support to the Sales team and to our customers . This is a critical role that will contribute to the overall success of the company's sales initiatives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Preparation and execution of SPA and DMC
  2. Proper maintenance of sales and sales admin records
  3. Progress billings, collections and reconciliation of accounts
  4. Defaulter reminders, legal fees and credit card merchant fees
  5. MOT and title transfers reports
  6. Customer satisfaction survey by ISO stages and collation of results
  7. Submission of Borang F and closing of APDL

What we're looking for

  1. A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Management, or its equivalent.
  2. Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a sales administration role with a property developer.
  3. Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments.
  5. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and property softwares, for progress billing, data management and reporting.
  6. Proven ability to work independently and take initiative to identify and resolve issues. Is able to lead the department.
  7. A team player and a champion of the company's Core Values.
  8. The candidate must be willing to be based in Cyberjaya, Selangor.
