Job Scope: Sales Support Executive

  1. Assists the sales team in obtaining and keeping customers by performing administrative tasks.

  2. Responding to customer and ensure orders are processed on time and scheduling sales meetings and appointments.

  3. Helping management team members and executives as needed.

  4. Performing data entry duties regarding costing, sales figures and other key data.

  5. Must have willing to travel and meet customers or any sales activities.

  6. Attend any sales events for marketing purposes.

  7. Respond to the tender documents, writing proposals, reports and supporting sales documents.

  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to sales, marketing, and business development in the shared drive.

Qualification:

  1. Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or equivalent. Other professional certification is an additional value
  2. Minimum 2 years relevant working experience

Skills

·      Good Interpersonal & negotiation skills.

·      Good communication (written & verbal) skills.

·      Working knowledge in Microsoft office.

·      Have a strong understanding of and expertise in preparing tender documents.

. Have experience in using e-perolehan portal
