Sales Manager

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales strategies to increase revenue, developing strong relationships with clients, and promoting our luxury hotel services to various market segments. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, maintaining existing accounts, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
**Sales Strategy and Planning**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize hotel revenue.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies.
- Set sales targets and KPIs, and ensure they are met or exceeded.
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, travel agents, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular client meetings, site inspections, and presentations to promote hotel services.
- Handle client inquiries, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
**Business Development**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various market segments such as corporate, leisure and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions).
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the hotel and generate leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
**Revenue Management**:
- Work closely with the revenue management team to optimize room rates and occupancy.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports, and present findings to senior management.
- Develop and implement special packages, promotions, and incentives to boost sales during low occupancy periods.
**Team Leadership**:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team members' sales skills and product knowledge.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
**Operational Coordination**:
- Liaise with other departments such as front office, reservations, and food & beverage to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Ensure all sales activities are in compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and expenses.
