Responsibilities
- Planning HR and administration activities annually
- Setting, monitoring, and achieving HR targets
- Managing recruitment, onboarding, and exit procedures
- Overseeing the payroll function
- Ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures
- Managing employee relations
- Running the office and facilities management functions
- Leading the HR and administration team

Highlighted and main requirement as per follows:

- Must have experience in HR manager or assistant HR manager role
- Familiar with all relevant HR rules and regulation and audits : SEDEX/SMETA/Industrial Relations/ILO Standard/Foreign worker management policy etc
- Preferred HR educational background. Must be degree and above
- Communicate well in English, Malay and Mandarin
- Age limit: Before retirement age (prefer less than 50yrs old)
- Gender: Both ok male or female

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)
- Human Resources Management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
