Build Space Pte Ltd is Singapore's leading outdoor storage solutions provider specializing in custom built storage sheds along with pre-fabricated units. The company also deals in renovation and rendering other ad-hoc services.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
- Computer literate with the ability to use Microsoft Office.
- Must own a motorcycle for site visits.
- Must own a computer.
- Some technical building knowledge and relevant sales experience is preferred.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Enquiries**: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing accurate information about our garden sheds.
- **Quotation Drafting**: Prepare and present detailed and competitive quotations to potential customers.
- **Site Visits**: Conduct on-site visits using own transportation to assess customer needs and provide personalized solutions.
- **Payment Tracking**: Monitor and track customer payments to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
- **Delivery Scheduling**: Coordinate and schedule deliveries with the technical team to meet customer expectations.
- **After-Sales Service**: Address customer concerns and provide efficient after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and sales techniques.

**Working Conditions**:

- Remote work from home in Johor Bahru.
- Travel to Singapore for occasional site visits.
- Official working hours: 6am-9pm, Monday to Friday.
- Prompt response to WhatsApp chat enquiries after hours is required.

**Compensation**:

- Basic pay: RM 1800.
- Tiered commission structure.
- Average take-home: RM 3,200 - RM 6,000 depending on sales figures.
- Transport allowance provided.

**Salary**: From RM1,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call
