Salary Breakdown
- Basic Salary: RM1,700 - RM2,700
- Performance Allowance: RM500 - RM1,000
- Transport Allowance: RM600
- Commission: 5% - 10% on new & existing clients

What You’ll Do
- Supervise and support cleaning staff at various client sites
- Inspect and ensure cleaning standards are met
- Handle simple client communications and feedback
- Plan staff schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks

**Requirements**:

- Responsible, punctual, and hardworking
- Valid driving license with good record
- Able to communicate well with clients and team members
- Positive attitude and willing to grow with the company
- Supervisory experience in cleaning or maintenance is an advantage
