**Responsibilities and Tasks**:
**Operate and Maintain Equipment**:

- Monitor and operate multiple machines.
- Provide machine coverage during breaks.
- Verify accurate machine logging.
- Communicate equipment performance discrepancies.

**Troubleshoot Problems with Equipment and Product**:

- Log machines when necessary.
- Prioritize machine alarms.
- Use problem-solving skills to identify and suggest resolutions.
- Communicate issues to appropriate personnel.

**Ensure Quality of Process and Product**:

- Run equipment based on current process requirements.
- Perform machine checks, buddy checks, and surveillance.
- Verify lot information in product tracking systems.
- Perform SPC checks and enter accurate data.
- Prevent scrap by using proper handling methods.
- Organize workstations and suggest improvements.

**Demonstrate Initiative**:

- Perform tasks on time and follow through with commitments.
- Remain productive during idle times.
- Contribute to area cleanliness.

**Contribute to a Safe and Compliant Work Environment**:

- Identify and report hazards.
- Follow safety procedures and area work rules.
- Operate and maintain equipment within guidelines.
- Use proper lifting techniques and work ergonomically.

**Requirements**:

- Basic English proficiency (speaking, reading, writing).
- Minimum education level: SPM or equivalent
