Payment Channel Executive

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia SEA Gamer Mall Sdn Bhd. Full time

1) Identify potential payment solutions and improvements to existing offerings based on market analysis and customer feedback.
2) Liaise with external partners and provide support to internal departments regarding payment-related issues.
3) Prepare and manage documentation as per payment providers' requirements.
4) Take ownership of the payments vertical with the team.
5) Conduct market research and analysis to understand the customers' needs, preferences and trends in the payment industry.
6) Maintain records and accurate reference data to monitor performance, identify and resolve payment-related issues, improve processes, and support decision-making.
7) Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as finance, legal, product, operations and engineering to align strategies and streamline processes.
8) Carry out other ad-hoc tasks as specified by the supervisor from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:
1) 1-3 years of working experience. Experience in business development, e-commerce and online payment solutions would be an added advantage.
2) A Bachelor’s degree in any field.
3) Excellent written and verbal communications skills in both English and/or Mandarin.
4) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong self-drive and initiative.
5) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6) Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
7) Familiarity with domestic and international payment solutions and financial regulations (preferred)Has experience in business development to identify potential partners for future collaborations and negotiations (preferred).
8) Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and handle unexpected challenges.
9) Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
